What this site collects
This website is a static informational site. It does not set login cookies, run advertising trackers, or store your form entries on its own servers. The enquiry form assembles your message locally in your browser and hands it to WhatsApp; nothing you type is saved by this website.
Information you send us
When you contact us, by call, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share (name, contact number, brand and matter details). We use them solely to respond to you and, if you engage us, to perform the work: preparing searches, filings and correspondence with the Trade Marks Registry. Matter information is treated as confidential.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, only when you click to load it, an embedded Google Map, each governed by Google’s own privacy policy. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp’s terms. If analytics are enabled, they are configured for aggregate, non-identifying measurement of page usage.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to respond and for legitimate professional record-keeping; client matter files are retained as professional obligations require. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask for enquiry details to be deleted, by writing to us at the contact details on this site.
